It has been a while since I attended this program. When I attended it was well organized and very popular. The one hour swim time was just not enough pool time for me.

This program is very popular so early registration will guarantee you a spot. Arrive 30 minutes on the day of registration to give enough time to register. Arrive at the pool 15 minutes prior to the swim to register and to have enough time to change.

Dress Code: a t-shirt and tights/shorts. A one-piece bathing suit may be worn underneath.

All the lifeguards present are female. Any windows on looking the pool are covered for privacy.

Boys under the age of 5 will be allowed, provided the child is accompanied in the pool. All girls under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool.

Many women exercise in the shallow end. Aqua-Fit, underwater aerobics, is held and is enjoyed by both swimmers and non-swimmers.

There are lockers available for your use. You will need to bring your own lock.

A slide and diving boards are available for swimmer’s enjoyment.
