FMW Body Fit 2011

A 4-week fitness program for Muslim women and girls, hosted by the Federation of Muslim Women.

Register today to attend 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks at GoodLife Women’s Only Fitness Gym located on Mavis and Dundas in Mississauga.

Attend Any of the Following Sessions:

– Body Step – Step workout

– Body Combat – Martial arts workout

– Body Flow – Yoga, tai chi, and pilates workout

– Body Attack – High-energy cardio workout

– Body Pump – Tone your body with barbell weights

Cost:

$20 for the 4-week period (3 sessions per week x 4 weeks = 12 sessions)

- Your First and Last Name

- Your Email Address

- Your Mailing Address

We will be attending the sessions in groups to keep us motivated and on track!  If you have a group, please provide the names of your group members when you register.  Alternately, if you would like to be placed in a group, please let us know!

Please Note:

There are a limited number of passes available, given on a first come first served basis.

Passes can be redeemed until October 20th, 2011 at the specified location.

Participants must be 15 years of age or older and must sign a waiver form at GoodLife.

Sessions are scheduled by GoodLife, and a calendar will be made available at the gym.

The gym is a female only facility, however, maintenance at the gym is occasionally performed by males; in these instances a sign will be posted at the front desk.

    The expiry date was extended to November 18th.
    If anyone is interested, they may get two-week passes.
